Dr. Kohlman is currently Research Manager focusing upon nonwoven technologies and is located at the historic Roger Milliken Center which is Milliken & Company’s global headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina, USA.  He leads his research team to explore how Milliken can develop expertise in technologies and materials that drive the industry forward.  Additionally, Randy takes an active role in the Milliken safety process which aspires to establish best practices to ensure the safety and health of every associate, leading to improved morale and increased productivity across the organization.

Randy is married, a father to three children, volunteers frequently with his church, and enjoys staying active by hiking or playing tennis.  With the shared value of developing tomorrow’s leaders, Randy looks forward to pairing his expertise from Milliken & Company with that of NWI’s to make a lasting difference.
